Welcome to Proven Private Money, an online course offered through our Real Estate Investing Course platform ("we," "us," or "our"). This Payment Processing & Refund Policy outlines how we handle payments for the Proven Private Money course (the "Course"), the terms under which refunds may be requested, and details of our referral program. By enrolling in the Course, you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully.

1. PAYMENT PROCESSING

1.1 Payment Methods

Payments are accepted through our third-party payment processor. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and any additional methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely; we do not store your card information.

1.2 Course Fees

The Course may be purchased for either of the following pricing options:

• $97 per month (recurring monthly membership)
  or

• One-time payment of $1,997 (lifetime access — no recurring billing)

All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

1.3 Payment Terms

Full payment is due at enrollment unless a payment plan is offered.

• For monthly memberships, your payment method will be charged $97 per month, on the same calendar day as your enrollment date.

• For one-time payment enrollments, a single payment of $1,997 will be charged immediately at enrollment, with no future rebilling.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and for any fees charged by your payment provider.

1.4 Third-Party Payment Processor

All payments are subject to the payment processor’s terms. We are not responsible for delays, processing errors, or issues caused by the processor.

2. REFUND POLICY

2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a refund within 30 days of enrollment, provided that:

• The request is submitted in writing to [email protected]

• The request includes your name, enrollment email, and reason for cancellation

• No more than 50% of the Course content has been completed, as tracked by the platform

2.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

2.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted if:

• More than 30 days have passed since enrollment

• More than 50% of the Course has been completed

• A written refund request is not submitted

• Course access or materials have been shared in violation of our Terms

• Enrollment occurred under a promotional offer containing its own refund terms

2.4 Legal Exceptions

Refunds outside the 30-day window are not offered unless required by applicable law. If you believe you meet a statutory exception, contact [email protected] with details.

3. FAILED OR DISPUTED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails or is disputed, access to the Course may be suspended until the issue is resolved. Documentation may be required for reinstatement.

4. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Occasionally, promotional pricing may be offered. Such promotions apply only under stated eligibility terms and do not apply retroactively to prior enrollments.

We may update this Payment Processing & Refund Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued Course access indicates acceptance of updated terms.
