Welcome to Proven Private Money, an online course offered through our Real Estate Investing Course platform ("we," "us," or "our"). This Payment Processing & Refund Policy outlines how we handle payments for the Proven Private Money course (the "Course"), the terms under which refunds may be requested, and details of our referral program. By enrolling in the Course, you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully.
We accept payments for the Course through our designated third-party payment processor. Accepted payment methods may include:
Credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Other methods as specified on the Platform at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor’s platform, and we do not store your payment card information.
The Course fee is displayed on the Platform at the time of enrollment. All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The standard monthly membership fee for the Course is $97 per month. We reserve the right to change Course fees at any time, but changes will not affect enrollments completed before the change.
Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
For monthly memberships, your payment method will be charged $97 per month on the same day each month as your initial enrollment, unless adjusted through our referral program (see Section 3).
If a payment plan is available, you agree to make timely payments as outlined at the time of enrollment. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Course.
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for payment and for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, and their terms and conditions apply to your transactions. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues caused by the payment processor. Please review their policies before completing your payment.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Course. If you are not satisfied with the Course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your enrollment date, provided you meet the conditions below:
You must submit your refund request in writing via email to [email protected].
The request must include your name, email address used for enrollment, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
You must not have completed more than 50% of the Course content, as determined by our Platform’s tracking system.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment.
If you enrolled through a payment plan or monthly membership, only the amounts paid up to the date of your refund request are eligible for refund.
We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with the refund.
No refunds will be provided outside the 30-day money-back guarantee period or if you:
Have completed more than 50% of the Course content.
Fail to submit a refund request in writing as required.
Violate our Terms of Service, including sharing Course access or materials with others.
Enrolled through a promotional offer that explicitly states a different refund policy.
Refunds beyond the 30-day period or under circumstances not covered by the money-back guarantee will not be provided unless required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to legal requirements, please contact us at [email protected] with details.
We offer a referral program to reward you for referring new monthly paying members to the Proven Private Money Course. For each successful referral, we will subtract $20 from your monthly membership fee of $97, subject to the terms below.
To participate, you must be an active monthly paying member of the Course.
A "successful referral" is defined as a new member who enrolls in the Course as a monthly paying member using your unique referral link or code (provided by us) and completes their first payment.
You must notify us of your referral via email to [email protected], including the referred member’s name and email address, to ensure proper tracking.
For each successful referral, your monthly membership fee will be reduced by $20 (e.g., from $97 to $77 for one referral, $57 for two, or $37 for three).
The discount will be applied starting with the next billing cycle after the referred member’s first payment is confirmed.
Discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to prior payments.
You may refer up to a maximum of three (3) new members. The maximum monthly discount is $60 (i.e., $20 per referral for three referrals), reducing your monthly fee to $37.
Referrals beyond the three-person limit will not qualify for additional discounts.
Referred members must be new to the Course and not have previously enrolled or held an account with us.
You may not refer yourself, household members, or entities you control.
Referrals must comply with our Terms of Service. Any attempt to manipulate the referral program (e.g., creating fake accounts) will result in disqualification from the program and potential termination of your Course access.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or on the Platform and will not affect discounts already applied.
If a payment fails or is disputed, we may suspend your access to the Course until the issue is resolved.
You are responsible for resolving any payment disputes directly with your bank or payment provider. We may require documentation to reinstate access after a dispute is resolved.
From time to time, we may offer discounts or promotional pricing for the Course. These offers are subject to specific terms, including eligibility and duration, as stated at the time of the offer. Promotional pricing does not apply retroactively to prior enrollments, and refunds will not be issued based on subsequent promotional offers.
We may update this Payment Processing & Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on the Platform with the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Course after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
